Chryz Thinks is a Civil Engineer by profession, a coach by calling.
She started her career the "responsible" way — a licensed engineer climbing the ladder at one of the Philippines' top construction firms. She showed up with everything she had. Overtime. Dedication. Results. She was doing the work of five people.
Her body finally said, "enough!". She was hospitalized after 14 days straight of working, not knowing she was sick with typhoid. When she recovered and resigned, they replaced her with 5 people.
She took a sales job that paid 5x her previous monthly salary. She had the car, the fuel allowance, and the client dinners.
She hated every day of it.
"Binabayaran ka ng ganun kalaki tapos wala kang result. I felt like an impostor. I felt incompetent. I was beating myself up for it — when the truth was I was just in a completely misaligned work."
She tried sales training because she believed she just needed to learn more skills in selling. The coach was amazing - an international sales coach, and the training was solid. She got the skills, but it didn’t remove the impostor syndrome and the resistance to keep going.
She then tried freelancing through social media management, then email copywriting. She hit 6-figures more than once — and still felt something was missing every time.
Until she stopped asking "what should I be doing?" and started asking a different question entirely:
"What was I actually designed to fulfill while getting paid doing it?"
That question changed everything.
Not just for her. For the 523+ professionals she has decoded since. The freelancers who stopped calling themselves lazy. The high-achievers who finally understood why the income ceiling existed. The women who walked into her space chronically exhausted and walked out with something more solid than hope.
She now lives in Siquijor with her partner and two kids. Building a life that looks exactly like what she teaches — slow, aligned to her natural design, and fully hers.
She didn't borrow this from a guru.
She found it in the only place the real answer ever was.
Her own body.
And that's exactly where she'll help you find yours.

Imagine knowing, with biological certainty, what you’re built to do—so you can make decisions in days (not months), raise your rates without guilt, and finally feel like your work energizes you instead of
draining you.
This isn’t just another “inspirational” talk. It’s the last clarity tool you’ll ever need.
Just bring an open mind—and maybe a notebook. You’ll want to take notes.
Completely. Those tell you how you behave. This shows how your brain and body are wired.
Ask the clients who raised their rates, made life-altering decisions, or saved years of confusion—after just one hour.
